Audrey is so amazing ! She made me feel so welcome and not only that she also out did my hair I told her exactly what I wanted and what I didn’t want and she killed it :)) I had the best experience definitely recommend 🥰

I had an appointment for a haircut with Katie. It was second appointment with her after getting my hair colored the previous week. The person at the desk said I had no appointment scheduled. I was told that either I come back the following day or wait 2 weeks because Katie will be on vacation. I was concerned that since this was only my second time at Panache, then this might happen a lot. I’m giving them a 2 since Katie did a good job on my color the previous week.

The best group of girls! I’ve been using this salon for several years now and I wont go anywhere else. They truly care about their clients and listen to you. It’s nice to feel at home, away from home!

receptionist was great she scheduled my appointment with no issues and had a great attitude and the hair stylist (Kati) did a good job i’ve had my hair colored black and it turned out good. This was actually a good experience which is hard to find at other salons in lancaster.

Davina is absolutely amazing! I walk in feeling like a troll and leave feeling like a princess. I'm having surgery in 2 weeks and needed to cut my length due to not wanting it tangled in the special brace/vest I will be wearing for weeks. We chit chatted, laughed and like always just have a great client/professional relationship. She had to cut 4 inches off, to get my hair just slightly off of my shoulders and I was completely fine with it. The end result was exactly what I envisioned! I really love it! I had so much breakage. The salon is clean, inviting, they support local artists, the receptionist, Bree(sp?), is very sweet! Just go. You'll be happy that you did!

I started going to Panache Beauty Lounge shortly after they opened here in our town. I truly cannot say enough about Davina. When she first met me I had gone through a lot personally. I just wanted to feel good again. I actually cried happy tears when she was finished. I received a cut and highlights. Each time I leave her chair, I feel amazing. She isn't just a top notch stylist, she's a top notch person! Highly recommend!

I live in Frederick, Maryland and have tried to find someone close by that I love and am comfortable with doing my hair. Davina styled my hair once while I was in the area for a wedding. I'm picky about updos & let me just say, she is hands-down the best bar far. In very little time, she was able to put my hair up exactly like a picture I showed her and it lasted all night! I was hooked and have made the trip up as many times as I can to have her highlight & cut my hair. I would trust the whole group of stylists with my hair as well. And I want to add that I've lived in many places and have had my hair done in too many salons to count. She and the whole staff are truly authentic, kind and welcoming. There is never a moment that I feel the typical "fake" niceness that you sense at so many salons. Not to say that there aren't decent stylists within each salon. However Panache is a place I feel completely comfortable from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave & I always look forward to my visits there.
