Hi, my name is Shirley, I am 85 yrs old and had severe ankle pain and had not been able to play Tennis (which I Love) or walk for any distance in 8 months. I came to Total Performance P. T. and worked with Cate & Frank my therapists, who were totally unbelievable in their care and constant Encouragement. They kept me Motivated and working hard towards getting me back into good health. I came limping into Total Performance P. T. and Kudos to Cate and Frank I left 7 weeks later with not just my ankle, but my whole body feeling so much Stronger. I am Happily, back to playing Tennis again. It was a Great Experience.
Total Performance Physical Therapy has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of therapy. The service is outstanding, the therapist is excellent, and I have no complaints about this location - they are impressive.
They are totally awesome! The pool exercises are helping my back and the home exercises are easy on my neck! I love my therapist!!!
I love that the home exercises are given on my login to the website and I track when my exercises have been done. This accountability makes me more motivated. Dan is an awesome therapist! And so is Kate! I love the app! It gives me contact with Dan through messages and videos of my home exercises. It tracks my exercise progress and reports back to Dan. The accountability inspires me to complete my exercises. The pool is warm and the treadmill in it is sweet!
