Lorenz and his team were amazing. I had a 50-70 year old oil tank in my crawl space that was disconnected but giving off fumes that made my entire house smell like gas after we moved in as a homeowner. I called at least 20 different companies but no one wanted the job because my crawl space doesn’t have an exit to the outside. That wasn’t an issue for Lorenz at all. Overall he was very knowledgable and got me on his schedule within the week. His team was excellent! Very professional and super clean. After they left it was like they weren’t even there! No mess no cleaning. Everything was taken care of. Very happy with the service. Great people and great work. Thanks Lorenz!

Absolutely impeccable service, knowledge and straight talking company! We have a complex issue and Lorenz was fantastic, he took so much time talking to me about the issue, and providing many different options, solutions and possible costs, never once talking down to me (as so many service folks can do to clients who dont understand the lingo) and I could not be more pleased with them! Jnj did a great job at removing our organization's outdated and unused underground heating oil storage tank.
Lorenz was quick with his proposals, accurate with our scope of work, and the site crew did a great job with extremely minimal disturbance to the property especially considering the odd placement of the tank in a hill behind a masonry wall.
Very pleased and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Our mother had just passed away and we were approaching settlement on our family home when we noticed a leak in her oil tank. We called JnJ and they responded immediately, made room for us in their schedule and did an excellent and thorough job getting things cleaned up and replacing the flooring with enough time to install the new tank before settlement. Both we and the buyers are incredibly grateful for the work they did and their responsiveness. Highly recommend!
