The people at this memorial company are very helpful. I understand that a delivery time of a memorial varies and there are many factors involved. The weather may change or it might be nice out but if the ground is wet they might not be able to bring out a memorial or as most business are small local ones, someone might be sick. I would not buy from a large conglomerate company as they do not care about each and every local customer. Memorial companies are not all the same. I have an etching on mine which is beautiful. I have seen many that look awful. Be careful where you buy.
