I was having a problem with my heater and called Alvan when he called me back he walked me through a couple things and figured out I had a bad thermostat. I was up and running in no time with a phone conversation . Highly recommend

I live in Sacramento, California and we own a family home in Dushore PA.
I called several places in and around Dushore to triage my oil heater (which was not turning on) and since I'm 3000 miles away and can't look at it myself, I was in a bind.
I called Alvan at Best Home Service, who took time the same day I called to look at the burner and determine we needed oil, since the tank was empty (remember, I can't see anything myself).
We filled it, but the oil company will not charge the burner to start, again I called Alvan and he was more than happy to come over the same day and start the burner.
We found them to be responsive and focused on making sure we were happy with the setup. They showed up on time or early for all of our appointments. They took the time to address our questions. We were very happy with the service. They went above and beyond what most larger services would provide.Services: Heating system installation
