“So an emergency situation happened at the best time possible…..

……that time being mere hours from a predicted snowstorm and on a below freezing temperature Sunday afternoon.

Yea the best time for the furnace to decide to stop working!

So I called McAleer, though they were not really offering 24/7 emergency services at the time. But God intervened that day, through the power of prayer, and I was able to get into contact with the owner's son.

He listened to my plea and was able to get a technician sent out to look at the furnace, though, again, at a most inconvenient time.

But the technician he called on arrived quickly and got to work. This professional knew his craft, did the proper diagnostics and discovered that it was an igniter gone bad.

He replaced it and got the heat back on fast.

And the whole ordeal lasted maybe an hour from when I called McAleer’s, to when, praise the Lord, the problem was solved.

These guys today were like the Angels, part of an answer to prayer and professional problem solvers.

No matter what the price was today…..it was priceless service!“

“I filled out the online form for a request for service in May 2024 about a busted toilet and busted shut-off valve in an older home. I got a call at 6:30 in the morning. A technician arrived at 8:45, pleasant and professional. He had to have the parts person make up a piece to repair. Before 11 am the pipe was repaired. I'm very pleased with the service and cost.
