“If you’re looking to have a brand new HVAC put in, you cannot go wrong with Ryan. Whatever he recommends, do it. It’ll be spot-on. Whatever day/time he says he’ll show up, he’s there. Whatever timeline he lays out for your project, his ability to stay on point with it is uncanny. Our Daikin split system was installed in October. We just went through a cold snap in December (as in wind chills of -30). Could’ve relied on radiator heat to supplement. Didn’t have to even though he said back in the fall that we might need to in such cases. This system rocks. “McAleer's and their workers never disappoint. Last year they fixed a plumbing issue and they were awesome. This year we had them over to service our AC system. We didn't know much about the unit as we bought the home last year, but they assure us they would check everything inside and outside. Steve n Ben were very professional, courteous and explained in detail everything they did and any issues they found. They returned the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. “This is top teir service. Schultz Company will be who I call from now on if I have any problems. The experience I had with their emergency service technician, Zach, was absolutely wonderful. It was 3 AM and Zach was friendly and professional. Over the phone he made it clear that he would get my furnace working for me. “I filled out the online form for a request for service in May 2024 about a busted toilet and busted shut-off valve in an older home. I got a call at 6:30 in the morning. A technician arrived at 8:45, pleasant and professional. He had to have the parts person make up a piece to repair. Before 11 am the pipe was repaired. I'm very pleased with the service and cost. I have used a different plumber in Altoona that was on commercials and this Knisley and Sons are way better for completing a job timely and respectively. I will use Knisley and Sons again if needed.
