10/10 experience having Adam inspect a house I put an offer on. From his customer service skills, expertise, and high quality work (very great pricing, too!), you can’t go wrong with this guy.The first time I called Adam, I could tell he was a genuinely honest person. What better quality could one have as a home inspector?Not only that, but he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy-going throughout the whole process.I didn’t go to the home inspection, and I really didn’t need to with Adam because his inspection reports are amazing. Adam was wonderful to work with! He was prompt, professional, and did a thorough inspection of the home we were purchasing. He took his time and was conscientious and when we had questions following the inspection he responded promptly. Great integrity, pride in his work....highly recommend!

Professional, fast, well written, and thorough. My husband and I call for an inspection and he got it done in about a week during his busiest time of year. We also had the report the same day he did the inspection. His inspection was extremely thorough, well written, and easy to understand. We will be using A&K for all future inspections.
