Hector is a great guy who really knows his stuff. He is friendly, respectful, understanding, reliable and he kept us all in the loop with what needs to be done. He also understands our concerns with our electric issue and is doing his best to get us fixed
The customer service with the office is also outstanding. Friendly kind and respectful company all around.
Thomas Edison Electric was super responsive and had a regular non-emergency appointment on a Saturday with short notice. Technician Hector was outstanding. He diagnosed and fixed the electrical problem quickly.
