We had a few problems getting the project started. But once we did it went smoothly they were very productive and professional. They were also very neat and clean and there workmanship was outstanding .When the job was completed they programmed the new thermostat after we downloaded the app . And explained how to work it . I have know problem recommending O’Brian Heating and Air Conditioning job well done .
We recently had heating/air conditioning mini splits installed in our 125 year old twin. It was one outdoor unit and five indoor/wall units. We went with the service agreement and extended labor warranty, on top of the product warranty that Fujitsu provides. The price (with the service agreement and extended labor warranty) was still less than other quotes we got from bigger companies. We also did the 0% financing, which helped our decision to go with O'Brien. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything on what needs t be done. I called today and had someone here within hour. Overall, a great experience.
