The coaches here are tremendous, there's no other word. I'm visiting from out of town, but both Chad and Pat were so motivating, engaged, alert and helpful. They knew my name after one visit, and are so friendly and give great guidance and energy. I wish they worked at my home studio!

There were two instructors for the class. They were extremely friendly, knowledgable and respectful, and made sure we were doing the exercises with the proper form. They made a challenging class very fun!

I have been to this studio a few times now (due to work) and it’s one of my favorite! Coach Chad and coach Pat are amazing! Both motivating and fixes form and pushes you to your best capability! And I have been to a lot of different studios in the country!
