We have worked with Thompson Networks since 2014. When our phone system became outdated years later, we made the mistake of going with a larger national Company. A couple years later we are back with Thompson Networks. Here's what Thompson Networks has the big national providers do not: Amazing customer service and professionalism. With Thompson, we planned a new phone system, ported our numbers, provided training to all our employees, and rolled it out in under 4 weeks. Tom Henry, our installation technician, was fantastic. On the front end of our project the sales and technical team were equally awesome. All members of the Thompson team were responsive, communicated clearly, understood our specific needs and installed a communications system to our satisfaction and as represented.
