Called to get a second opinion and told me I'm not getting into it unless you come in for $250/hr. I was looking for someone to take some time to explain something to me in hopes to find a new accountant and was talked to like I don't matter unless I have money. You make your own opinion on this but I won't be calling them back.

Nickle and diming tax preparer who didn't know how to fill out a W4 and charged for the time spent figuring it out. I pay for the service, not your training. Also charged to write an email providing info that should have been provided up front.Be guided accordingly.
