    First and foremost, Monica and her team REALLY welcome anyone of any fitness level and CATER their specific needs to their clients! No judgement at all! I have been with Monica for over 2 months now, and she really has nurtured me in a way that I am now able to lift heavier weights, tone my body and feel great about myself again! I cannot recommend Montone Fitness enough!By the way, they make everyone feel good about themselves and the play AWESOME music while you work out! Low key and stress free...That's how its' done!Thank you Monica, Marissa and Laura for all you do to make us feel better and feel stronger!Life changer!!!!!

    I highly recommend Montone Fitness Training with Monica, especially for college athletes! I am a Division I field hockey player and committed two years ago with no weight training experience, so I decided to go to Monica to learn the basics and make sure I was using correct form. I have seen so much improvement and have definitely gained so much strength going to work with her. I still continue to work with her two years later, because she made something I never thought I would be good at or enjoy, something I love! She makes working out which some people can't find joy in, something to look forward to. The environment she creates is welcoming and fun while you are still getting work done! She creates personal connections with her clients that make them feel comfortable and enjoy their time working out, and anyone should definitely consider her with her up beat attitude and willingness to make working out effective and fun!

    I love Monica! I’ve been going to her for about 4 months. As a softball player, she helps to strengthen my core and improve my speed. But, she’s more than just a PT. She and I laugh, gossip, and I teach her the “cool” words at school. In the off-season we started to mix it up and introduce new workouts into my routine. She knows so much about health and fitness and I can rely on her for anything. I highly recommend!

    I love going to Monica at Montone Fitness. I’ve been doing personally training lessons with her for years and attending classes. She makes working out fun, mixes it up and helps you work on your goals without making you feel defeated. I’m always so impressed with her incredible knowledge of fitness and being able to fine tune a position to make it more effective. Best part of going there, is her. She’s funny, kind and very supportive. Can’t recommend her enough.

    Monica is an awesome instructor! She makes you feel welcome whether you're a regular or occasional drop-in like me. Monica takes the time to explain the workouts and gives you modifications if you have some limitations. I love the small class size and how friendly everyone is. If you want a great workout without the hassle of a large gym, this is the place to go!

    As a former college athlete and now in my 40’s, I always stayed active with fitness; but felt that I needed more. Mentally and physically. Monica was just that!Over the past 10 months, I have seen incredible progress. I’ve shaved almost a full minute off of my 5K running pace, and my road cycling has never been smoother. This past weekend, I finished first place overall female in a sprint duathlon, with a PR by five minutes!Why is this? It’s all because of weight training! But wait…there’s more!Mid- pandemic, my anxiety had been the worst ever. Constant worry, panic, and fear over the unknown. I reached out to Monica as a possible solution to help me find purpose. It was exactly what I needed. Weight training is so much more than physical! Whether you are a beginner or looking to upgrade your current routine; Monica can provide you with the confidence and guidance needed for results. Oh and a bonus…I've never felt sexier in sleeveless tops. Can we say, “oh hey there shoulders?” ☺️
