Didn’t want to have to review, however I have contacted the store twice now and gotten no response back. My order was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. It wasn’t delivered and I needed to call on Thursday where they then told me there was a problem with the driver. It was then delivered on Thursday. I was sent a photo of what the basket looks like. It unfortunately looks nothing like the photo of what I had ordered. This basket should have been filled with chocolate treats, instead a basket filled with bruised fruit piled and items thrown on top with a messy presentation was received. I am very disappointed with this order as it was not only delivered late and I had not been contacted, but it is also extremely different from the photo I had ordered based on. This was supposed to be a nice sympathy gift and it looked like something I could throw together in 2 minutes. If there were to be changes to the items inside, I should have been notified ahead of time. The lack of communication from the store as well as the false advertising is unacceptable. I do not recommend ordering gift baskets here.

Eh, underwhelmed. This shop Doesn't seem to have the same people running it. There was once a helpful and friendly Young woman there but haven't seen her in a while, the Other guy is grumpy.

Such an excellent experience with Market Way Flowers! They made the most beautiful prom bouquets and even one on very short notice. Extremely friendly, flexible, and helpful. I will be back for all of my floral needs.

We received the strangest gift basket from Market Way today. This is an item not sold on their website and i have no idea if my friends who sent this know what they paid for. This was for the passing away of my father. It was not professionally wrapped like anything in their website. The tops of the bananas were broken off and their are fruit flies from one of the fruits. There's a cantalope which is the weirdest thing to put in a basket of this type along with some apples and oranges. One apple had a fingerprint on It. The assortment of crackers were Pepperidge Farm Goldfish and a box ofTriscuits probably from Target with some other things that just seem so random. The cheese was Cracker Barrel cheese, very cheap and a plant that had no information on what it was. There was also a box of chocolate which was probably the closest thing to this being a gourmet gift basket. The apples and oranges were randomly placed and there was this tiny jar of crystalized honey priced with an 8.00 label on it. Not sure what to do with the honey since it looks like its not good. The assortment of cheese and crackers were like from Giant or Acme, not gourmet at all. I'm sure people paid good money for it and it looked nothing like what the websites gift baskets offer. If you compare it to their website it's seems it looks like someone threw this together to make a quick buck or something; its like someone went shopping in their own house or pantry and put this together. I'd make sure when ordering from this company to double check what you're paying for.

I ordered a flower & gift basket combo and was very pleased with the results. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and the gift basket contained really nice quality items. The delivery was prompt and the items arrived in a pristine state. I will definitely order from this company again in the future.

Great experience using Market Way Flowers. I looked at quite a few different websites of other local florists before placing an order with Market Way. They not only provided same day delivery but seemed to have the largest variation and selection of arrangements.Their customer service is also top notch- there was a minor change that needed to be made to the bouquet and I received a phone call to confirm the changes were acceptable etc.Delivery was timely, and most importantly the arrangement was stunning. The recipient and her family said the arrangement was the most beautiful they’ve ever received. Thanks for the great experience, would highly recommend Market Way!

I am sad to leave this review because the owners seem like very genuine and great people. I have ordered from them in the past and it was quite excellent. Last week, I ordered from 1800flowers and market way fulfilled the order. They delivered the product 8 days early. Mistakes happen, I get that. i reached out to market way and they assured me they would re-deliver and the owner would reach out to me also. Didn't hear back for 3 days. I tried calling them 3 more times and left 2 voicemails. I never heard back. I won't do business with them any more. Quite unfortunate, very disappointed how they treated me.
