I am a female with very short hair but a round face so I get nervous when stylists cut my hair, but I wasn't the least bit worried with Kelsey! She listened to my concerns and what I wanted my mop to eventually look like and even checked in with me before any "drastic" cuts to make sure it was what I wanted. She really helped my anxiety because a bad short cut with a face shaped like mine can really kill my self esteem for months and that wasn't how I wanted to start the new year. I love MALT and Jess so much! I am always blown away how incredible my hair looks and feels after a visit to her single chair studio space. Jess is so kind, easy to communicate with, super responsive when booking appointments and just an overall joy to be around bc you can tell she truly loves lending skills and talents to creating great hair.I recently took advantage of her on location service and had her style my hair for a wedding my fiancé was a groomsman in.
