I am a female with very short hair but a round face so I get nervous when stylists cut my hair, but I wasn't the least bit worried with Kelsey! She listened to my concerns and what I wanted my mop to eventually look like and even checked in with me before any "drastic" cuts to make sure it was what I wanted. She really helped my anxiety because a bad short cut with a face shaped like mine can really kill my self esteem for months and that wasn't how I wanted to start the new year.
