Recently worked with J&M to install a new electrical box on the rear of my house for a floodlight security camera. It was a great experience! Shortly after reaching out online, they reached out to me to schedule a visit for the quote. They were responsive (which is unfortunately rare nowadays) and promptly scheduled a time, which during Jeff talked through the project and helped me find a solution that best met my needs and was cost effective. A day or so after, they sent me a quote that was reasonable and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. J&M Electrical was the first electrical company I've ever needed to hire. To say your team set the bar high for literally everyone else would be an understatement. Everyone was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, focused, communicated clearly, and an absolute pleasure to be around. They diagnosed the problems, which were extentensive, got my old 200 amp overhead service removed, and the new one installed quickly and efficiently. I can't thank you enough. I'll absolutely be a repeat customer in the future.
