I moved into my house back in October. I have an electric heat pump system in my house. I am unfamiliar with the workings of an electric heat pump system. I am use to having natural gas. Wes came out and did maintenance on my system. My outside unit was sitting on a pad on the ground. He informed me for it to work efficiently it should be on a platform lifted off the ground. He put my outside unit on a platform and did a very thorough inspection of my entire system. He is very knowledgeable and explained to me how the components of my system should work as he tested them. I highly recommend him for all of your HVAC system needs.
Called Wes at 8am today and he picked up on the first ring. He was at my place by 945am, repaired by broken AC, and was gone by 11am. He flushed the coil and replaced some of the capacitors. He also provided some guidance on how best to set the thermostat for optimal cooling on my first and second floor. 10/10 would recommend Wes.
