Hired them to close our pool in Fall 2024 it was quick and super expensive. Just had another company come out to open it for the season and there are cracked pipes/valves in a few spots and well as the chlorinator has cracks. Obviously, proper draining was not done at closing time. In fact, the chlorinator was still full of water. Praying that once the piping is fixed and we can get up and running that there is no damage to the heater! Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Great pool knowledge Haven't had an in-ground cement pool for 20 years. Todd went over everything with us after opening the pool. Water testing is free. Chemicals reasonably priced. Looking at signing up for the valet service. Highly recommend Great family business
I’ve been getting out chemicals here for years. They’re knowledgeable and they won’t over sale you stuff you don’t need. I went to another local store on a day Elite was closed and the other place tried to sell me hundreds of dlls worth of stuff…decided to wait and went back to Elite the next day. Easy fix with 1 bottle of ph reducer which was less than $40. As honest as it gets.
