So I went here for a very different reason. My eight year-old daughter lost her earring inside her earlobe. It had been infected and She was in pain. it was a very worrisome situation. When I tell you, Dr. Chapin was the kindest, most understanding, Dr I could have had at that moment, I am so blessed that this is who we were referred to. I did ask him to not really tell my daughter what was going on and he said, I want to gain her trust so I will tell her what’s going on and I will not lie to her. Dr. Chapin performed my upper blepharoplasty and brow lift, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results.
The procedure was done in-office under local anesthesia, and it was far easier than I expected. We talked throughout the surgery, he explained what he was doing, answered my questions, and the time went by quickly. I felt completely comfortable.
Dr. Chapin truly has an artist’s eye — I told him he’s an artist with a scalpel, and I stand by that. My brow lift looks natural and refreshed, not overdone. I still look like me — just brighter and more rested.

My experience with Dr. Chapin and his staff was amazing! From start to finish they all took such good care of me. They were all so friendly and responsive and I know they truly cared about my recovery. The office is exceptional in its efficiency and professionalism.
I previously thought plastic surgery offices were limited to model types or young people looking to go from a 9 to a 10. Not at all!!
