Beware!!! I’m usually more careful with whom I hire. We hired and paid for Bucks-Mont to pump our septic system. They even offered us a $50 coupon. Everything backed up 3 days later (on Mother’s Day). They did not to move the concrete lid, they did not pump the tank. Somehow the plastic tube next to the lid was mysteriously pushed down and blocked the exit from the house.

Brian was our project lead and did an incredible job. Team was out within 2 days and diagnosed then corrected issue in less than half day. Really knowledgeable and technically very sound. Fixed our problem and offered ways to reasonably upgrade the system to avoid future issues. Overall very fair price with exceptional service - would recommend as your first call for all septic service needs. Thanks again Brian !Service: Sewer repair

Avoid at all costs. As others have experienced below, Bux Mont has yet to come back to regrade and seed my lawn following a new septic tank installation in January - despite receiving personal assurances from Brian, the owner, that this was included in the price of service. Not to mention the big ugly PVC pipe left cut too high directly in front of my front door. I’ve made numerous calls to their office since then, all of which have gone unreturned, and quite often the person who answers initially seems utterly confused and overwhelmed.
