I always like to support locally-owned businesses and we've used B&C to service our septic system for years. They always come out quickly, have fair prices, and provide quality service.
I was having concerns with my sand mound so I called B&C to see if they could have someone come out to take a look at it. Cheryl took my call and was upfront letting me know that it would take a week or two to get someone out because it was very busy this time of year. She followed up promptly a few weeks later and got me on the schedule. Jim and Matt came out to inspect the mound and surrounding areas. They took their time in explaining everything I was seeing, and provided several suggestions on how to handle the issue. I will be waiting for a quote for some work, but the good news is that my sand mound is fine, and now B&C will be my go-to company when I need my tanks...read full review
