Fantastic experience from sales to set up. Chuck and his team are honest, old school, efficient and involved in the entire process. We could not be happier, not only in the new hot tub, but knowing we have a company who will be there if we need them. What a refreshing and rare way to do business!! Absolutely the best dealer in the tri-state area, hands down. (And they have the best therapy dog around!)

I was bummed out and stressed out when my hot tub stopped working. Lucky for me I found Chuck, who took great care of me and now my tub is running perfect and I am happy + have no stress.

Called Chuck since we had some wires chewed from mice. As I can repair myself, he advised me on what wires I needed and sent a link for a new display that would save me on money. Very nice guy and would highly recommend. He’s not out for money but there to help out where needed.
