I have an IT background and I found them very knowledgeable and professional. Had some issues with my laptop and a lot of questions about settings and graphics. They did a diagnostic evaluation, got the laptop running better, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
Hey U-neek - Thank you for bringing my old, trusty Lenovo laptop back up to speed. I'm self employed and function as my own IT dept. I'm tech savvy and can usually get myself out of any jam. Ran Lenovo and Norton diagnostics with no success. Thanks for figuring out that the hard drive was dying. I am very happy with the service and especially with the cloning that you performed on the new hard drive. We’re zipping along!
