I had a wonderful experience working with this company. Sid and Joey are great. They wear booties into your house and keep your floors clean. I hear they offer lots of other services and will have to check them out again.

Easy to schedule an appointment, confirmation text day before, they were a little behind the scheduled time but I know from being in the home service business the customer they were with before me may of had complications or some one had to hit the john. They wore booties in the home, protected the floors and cleaned up well. Payment was easy. They had an appointment with my brother for a chimney sweep after mine and they told him he didn't need one. Honesty like this goes a long way and although they did not make money there today(bros house), they have his business and his referrals in the future. Price was lower than the previous Company that swept my chimney but I believe it's because they are smaller with less overhead. No reduction of quality.

They came out for an inspection a month ago and it all went well. I was very impressed with cleanliness of the cleaning. After some trials and tribulations things were sorted out mostly due to Amy, the office manager. What a champ! Would highly recommend hiring them for any of the your chimney needs.

Not sure what happened. I had a confirmed appointment for 5/25/23 to have someone clean chimneys. No service tech arrived. I called and left messages, emailed, and texted. No one ever returned a single communication. Their google reviews suggest strong customer service. My experience didn’t match up. Completely ghosted.

They did a great job replacing my fireplace and Sids team was great. BUT they forgot to order the remote. I’ve called, emailed, driven by and it’s like they disappeared. We are still owed the fireplace remote and they just vanished. We are extremely unhappy and if they ever reappear do not use them this was unprofessional.Service: Fireplace installations

Setting up an appointment was easy, they showed up on time and did a great job. I got a lot of useful information about taking care of my fire place as well. He was friendly and professional. We used Tony's home services to replace a gas fireplace unit in our home. The salesman went on an on about how much heat it would throw off into the room. It was not something we asked about but was a nice added benefit to hear about when we decided to purchase the unit from Tony's and have them install it. The first time they came to install it they didn't have all the part's needed so we had to reschedule. We were very understanding. When they came to install it the second time the installation person kept telling us how hot his house gets when he runs his gas fireplace unit and we will be surprised how much heat it will generate.Well after trying the unit on many occasions that has not been our experience at all. The unit generates no heat at all it just for looking at I suppose. When I called to ask them about the difference in what we were told about the unit and what we were experiencing they said they would get back to me.I'm still waiting for a call back. It's 2 months, and several more calls on my part and now they are saying they never said it would give off heat.Very untrustworthy company. Would never use them again.
