These guys are fantastic! We’ve used Spa Guys twice now, and both times they showed up exactly when they said they would and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. It’s such a relief to work with a company that’s reliable, communicates well, and actually does what they promise. They diagnosed the problem efficiently and made the repairs without any hassle. Our spa has been running perfectly ever since. Highly recommend Spa Guys if you’re looking for dependable, honest service!

It was recommended to me to contact Frank @ spa guys by not only my spa manufacturer but also a competitor of his . Frank is friendly , courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I was afraid he wasn't familiar with my particular spa before contacting him ( I have 110 vlt plug n play type spa ) but he quickly let me know he knew them well .He was able to fit me in his schedule and quickly diagnosed my issue ( pump ) . He explained in detail what needed to be done and placed the order for the new pump . His communications were top notch and came and replaced the pump actually on his day off ..Would I recommend the spa guys ? Absolutely 100% !!
