Not a good experience unfortunately. I got a gel mani and pedi. The gel manicure started peeling after just one week, and the pedicure felt more like a quick makeover than a real detailed pedicure service. I don’t mind paying for good quality service, but this did not meet my expectations.

I thought I had found my new nail salon with this one, but I think your experience will depend on who you get as your nail tech when you come here.

The first time I had a Hispanic girl and she was very good. She took my direction very well. The next time I had the guy and he was very kind and very good at what he does. But today I had a young Asian girl who seemed to be very nervous and not very good. I could tell from the start that she needed more training. She kept making mistakes with the acrylic and my nails looked sloppy.

This was my first time here, and I had such terrible customer service that I will NOT be returning again. I arrived at 6:10pm with my friend in hopes to have relaxing girls night out pedicures since we are both busy moms who never get fun evenings out. Anyways, the whole appointment was super rushed, the pedicure lasted probably 10 minutes max and they essentially kicked me out of the massage chair, rushed me through the nail drying process, and then kicked us out the door by 6:40. If your website says that you close at 7, stop trying to kick us out early just so you can go home early. Not to mention they did the typical try to push gel on you just to make extra $$.
