Update: I need to amend my original review and give credit to County propane. They did in fact deliver Propane before the end of the business day.We greatly appreciate the follow up response and action!!We’ve been customers since 2018.Incredibly disappointed today. Called one week ago as tank was almost at 20%. Today, still no delivery and starting to get nervous as we’re at <5%. They tell us they have record of call/order but transaction never went through on their end. “Best they can do is tomorrow”. Not cool- I have three little kids. Shouldn’t have to worry about hot water and keeping them warm.

I have a customer of County Propane since I bought my Home In Downingtown back in 2008. I have dealt with Peter for that many years and recently I was away overseas and came back and saw my propane level at almost nothing. Peter came to our rescue and promptly delivered a much needed refill of the tank.This is true friendly and professional company.Service is short in this day and age, but County Propane lives for it.Thank you all at County Propane.Home Owner

This is a very honest company! Our neighbors were getting a delivery, and the driver accidentally hit our mailbox. The owner, Jim, made sure that our neighbors gave us his contact information so that he could cover all expenses. After purchasing a new mailbox, we sent him the receipt and he immediately sent out a check and even added in some additional money to comp us for the inconvenience. Ultimately, we were just happy that the driver was honest and reported his mistake, and that Jim covered all expenses! If we used propane, I’d be sure to use this company! They’re obviously honest and good to deal with!
