Bill (owner) came to our home to estimate installing blown-in insulation under attic floorboards. He explained the work, gave a lot of information, and showed a binder of notes he had received from previous customers. Later, he called because he forgot about a small jut-out in our living room (and said since it was his error, he would add it to the quote at no cost). We were happy with the quote so we called to schedule and were given our choice of days in December - we were told that we were the first to schedule for the month.
