Tower Health Urgent Care - Douglassville
“I had a positive experience at Douglassville Tower Health Urgent Care. I visited on Monday, November 24th, 2025 at 7:30 PM. Despite not having an appointment, being a walk-in patient, the staff were caring and compassionate, yet quite thorough every step of the process. The check-in experience was easy because all my information, insurance, and past history were already in MyChart/EPIC. Plus, there was no wait at all—my name was called right after I checked in. The staff were kind and easy to talk to, but I also felt confident that they knew exactly what to do to help me. After asking me what brought me in, I had a thorough exam and a treatment plan was offered, and I agreed with their recommendation. Due to the lateness of my walk-in, I understood my medications would be ready the next day; however, if it was earlier in the day, I could have gotten any pertinent prescription(s) sent to the pharmacy of my choice the same day. I was in and out in 48 minutes, without feeling rushed, and that impressed me. I would absolutely recommend this Urgent Care office, and I would likely be back if the future need arose.”
