I recently had LVT installed by JD through Lomax Pottstown. First the process was seamless. Big shout out to Lisa for scheduling, Lauren for detailed information about the product, and Jessica for her follow up post installation. There was a minor installation issue that was corrected without issue and the floor looks amazing. ??
The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge variety of carpets and a big clearance section. The prices for area rugs is on the pricy side but they do have a good variety.
Neil King greeted us after walking into the store. He listened to our needs and was extremely helpful.When we got home we really loved the new runner carpets and called back and Neil looked up other Lomax stores and found us another carpet. We were able to pick up the new carpet the next day.Check out was extremely easy as Lisa D. and Tammy were very pleasant and helpful.It was a great shopping experience and my wife and I will certainly look to return for our next carpets.
