Recommend!! Very courteous and professional, customer service A+. We were in the process of starting a home improvement project (laundry room makeover) so I picked up some flooring samples from the showroom. Shortly after that the stay at home orders started and nonessential businesses had to temporality close, which included their showroom. Thinking I would just have to wait until much later to do the floors, I hung onto the sample for a while. I finally decided to reach out to My Dads flooring via email, hoping someone might be still checking email. I wanted to let them know that I still had their samples I also wanted to know if there was anyway that I could still order them and just have them delivered directly to me. I received a very quick response (from Jay) that they would actually check to see if they were in stock at their warehouse. Luckily for me, not only were they available, but they allowed me to pick them up the next day at their warehouse (social distancing adhered to). We were able to finished our project and the floors look amazing!! Thank you My Dads Flooring for going above and beyond during these trying times to ensure that we were able to complete our project. A should out to Jay, Ed and everyone else!!
