“I had an amazing experience with Nikki. She literally turned my hair from 2N (a shade from lords and ladies that is basically black) to cowboy copper in one day. Not only did Nikki take her time, she was carefully doing all steps to ensure my hair was still feeling healthy by the end of the appointment. (And of course there were so many steps) I was actually in shock when she was able to do this in one day and so many other people were too. You can tell she is extremely talented and cares about her clients results, she was also so excited for me I will be going back to Nikki next month to get some more highlights and go even lighter. She slayed !!!!!!“

“The person who did my pedicure did a great job and was incredibly friendly. I give four stars for the following reasons - first, the space where they do nails was cold, which is not pleasant when your feet are in water. The pedicure chair was right next to a floor vent blowing out cool air despite it being a chilly day. It’s something a space heater could fix. The other issue is that they don’t have the tools to grind off gel, nor do they use tools to clip cuticles. Evidently this is because they’re not a nail salon and it’s something to do with licensing. My pedicure turned out pretty nice despite this, but the soaking to get my old gel off took well over 20 minutes, and the cuticle clipping is sort of an expectation for a nail job. I understand why they don’t wanna advertise these things, but when expectations that are pretty standard for nails or any service are not met, it’s a little disappointing to find out as you’re having it done.“

“I have been going to this Lords and Ladies for 10 years. I have enjoyed everyone I’ve ever had for hair, but this is definitely their A team. Aaron is amazing. His personality, scalp massages and clear passion for his job have me excited to go to my appointments. Natasha (who I’ve only seen once) for massage might be the best I’ve ever had and she’s a sweetheart on top of it. There is a really kind and happy guy at the front desk who always greets you with a smile. The manager Brandi is a huge asset. You can tell she treats her team well. Lastly, the owner Diana is a beautiful woman who clearly cares about the business. 10/10 this is their best group overall to date. ????“
