I hired Justin to inspect a home that I inherited and that had a tenant. The tenant was particularly stubborn and it took me 3 separate appointments to get Justin in the door to complete the work, He was really decent and stuck it out with me,
The report was excellent with plenty of detail and pictures even with the tenant following him around the house. Based on the report I knew what jobs I needed to tackle first after getting the tenant out.
