Excellant! Laux was very helpful when I reached out regarding our AC not working. I was able to get an appointment within a day or two. They showed up on time and were very professional and nice. All work done cleanly. I actually called a few days later for another issue and they arrived within a hour or 2! Amazing. Super reasonable prices.

I called Laux heating to have my boiler serviced before winter. Eric was very responsive. When I left message, he called me back in a timely manner. He worked with my scheduled to accommodate appointment. He serviced boiler giving it a tune up. He noticed a damaged part and put it on order. Eric communicated with we while I was waiting to have part installed. Eric returned to install part. He showed at time scheduled and got boiler up and running. I would definitely recommend Laux Heat and air. Reasonable pricing and good communication and service.

Laux is amazing! My upstairs AC unit stopped working so we reached out. They were at my house when they said they would be which was the next business morning. Broken capacitor was replaced in 15 minutes or less. Very affordable and straight forward. Nice to have someone who is reliable and does great work for our HVAC needs.
