Based on the reviews, Dingmans Medical Center has a very friendly staff who go above and beyond to make patients and their children comfortable and well informed. The practice prioritizes patients and takes time to listen to symptoms, run appropriate tests, and provide thorough results quickly. Patients feel seen, heard, and helped after an appointment. The office staff is always polite and courteous. The practice is willing to work with a naturopath for a whole body approach to health. One patient felt the entire staff was calming and patient during a primary care exam that lasted close to an hour. Another patient has been a happy family patient for almost a decade. The providers spend time, listen, and answer questions. They fit patients in when needed for routine medicine or any issue. The practice comes highly recommended for medical care.
Kayla was not only able to examine and diagnose any ailments, but she also seems to have an extreme level of intuitiveness and care. She truly listens and that makes all the difference. No one likes going to the doctor, but she made that experience 1000 times easier
If I could give this practice ten stars I would! Very happy family of patients for almost a decade, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Pathak and her team prioritize patients and take the time to listen to symptoms, run appropriate tests, and provide thorough results quickly. The nurses and receptionists are all super friendly, and they always work with us to fit me, my husband, and our children in whenever we need medical care. No matter which provider we see, we always feel seen, heard, helped and on our way to recovery after an appointment.
For 6 years now, I have been using Justin and the team at Dingmans Medical as my primary care provider. They are really great. I’ve never needed much by way of a physician. I see them probably 3 to 4 times per year. However, they fit me in when I need to get some routine medicine, or have any issue. Are always friendly. Plus, Justin spends time, listens and answer my questions.
