“Restoritive Yoga has changed my life. I have been practicing with Jen and her Friday evening class for 7 weeks now. I decided to take the class to help clear my mind from work stress and to hopefully gain some flexibility back.I am approaching 40 yrs old and feel like a prisoner in my body. Over the last 17 years my profession has left me with th no curve in my lower back, body pain and migraines. I make wedding dresses for a living and after sitting at a sewing machine for hours, I have to remind myself to get up and stretch. It got to the point where sleeping was painful. I felt like my ribs were crushing.My first class was emotional because I thought this class was to be easy and my body was not allowing itself to open. I needed alot of props and felt embarrassed. Jen offered kidness and encouragement. Each class I gained a little more confidence and began practicing at home.After our class this evening I was overjoyed!! I could sit cross legged comfortably again. Something that I haven't done in years. It was the first class where I was able to relax and fee the delicious stretch without pain.Jen makes you feel at ease and allows you to move freely through poses without judgement.I never wanted to be on pain medication and have found what heals the body naturally. I have less migraines and notice my perspective on life has chajudgment.Thank You Jen for helping me realize that Yoga heals the mind, body and soul. Namaste ?“

“It’s been a little while since I’ve gone but I returned today. Briefly I’d like to say, I’ve been dealing with really intense headaches and nerve pain for quite some time now. I called Cristina this morning in tears to get me in to try and give me some relief. She got me in accordingly and so I got to see the newly renovated space and try a Biomat for the first time! It uses infrared heat and crystals for healing. (I. Do not know details fully but it was fantastic!) Cristina is gifted with her massage abilities; she has been for a decade now! “I have been experiencing neck pain for over a month and I knew Dr Olivetti was amazing from previous experience. I made the 2 hour drive up to have him adjust me. Instant relief. I would highly recommend- if you live in the area you are blessed to have such a knowledgeable and skilled dr!“

“So I of course was skeptical but overall it was great! They fit me right in on a day when I was having a bad migraine and neck/back pain. It smelled clean and appeared clean. She hit all the right places and even used hot stones and a hot towel. She even tied my hair up for me to keep the oils out of it. For the price you cannot beat this. They offered me a water afterward. I truely believe in massage being healing and I feel 10x better after than I did before.“

“Not sure of the therapist's name, but I'm pretty sure she's the primary person here most of the time. I've been here a few times now. Each time it's been fantastic. She has incredibly strong hands. My neck and back felt great afterwards. Only minor issue was that the room was a bit chilly for me, so she kindly got an extra blanket out, no problem. They took credit card for both massage and tip, again, no problems. Highly recommended.“
