Got stuck in the snow during a winter storm after sliding off the road. We aren’t used to that kind of weather in Southern VA. Super nice and professional guy came and pulled me out in a pretty timely manner considering everything else they probably had to contend with that day. Thank you for saving my trip and getting me back on the road! ??
Very professional and wonderful people. Towed my rental car when I crashed it and had no idea where I was. Another employee came on her day off to drive me to the coast Enterprise lot and then get clear up details about the car and accident.
I cannot praise this company enough. We were travelling from Virginia to Toronto and got a flat tire. I was apprehensive to call a local company for fear of being overcharged and taken advantage of but trying to get anywhere with CAA/AAA was a nightmare and left me no choice. We called them, explained our situation, we were told the arrival of the tow truck would be about 25 mins, well 15 min later he arrived. There were 3 of us in the car and they sent another vehicle to take us to the tire shop without charge. Both staff we dealt were with polite, professional and extremely friendly and accomodating.
