I paid Dave Williams in full for a job. He completed most of the job but never came back to finish replacing my front porch steps. I have been trying to get my $400 refund for the work he did not complete at my home in west scranton for a year. Now I have to file a claim for the money with Lackawanna county small claims court and pay them a filing fee just to sue him for my $400. It's ridiculous because the work he did do was great. I suppose he got busy and forgot about me promised about seven or eight different dates to bring my money and never did. Bottom line never pay in full for a job.
