I chose Cottage Industries for a project based on their commitment to the community and on glowing reports from friends. The key component of the project was a sunroom addition replacing a late 1950s attached greenhouse. In addition, the existing roof, siding, and windows on the house itself were reaching the end of their life spans. These items were added to the project along with some new exterior details. It was a pleasure working with Adam, Nick, and project manager, Tim. The design/build concept streamlined the process. We hired Cottage Industries to renovate our unfinished basement in Wayne to serve as a multi-functional space for our family of four, including a play space for our two young children, unfinished storage space and closet pantry, kitchenette with mini fridge, an exercise area, and a desk space. We could not be more pleased with the finished product!The process from start to finish was very smooth, including the initial estimating and design process, the kick off meeting, selection and ordering of materials, and the day-to-day work.
