Jim is an awesome inspector! He is more than knowledgeable in his career field and was able to notice trouble spots in my home that other inspectors never mentioned or just completely overlooked. Not only was Jim very helpful with everything, but he also didn't try to overcharge me for anything and was even slightly cheaper than other inspectors! I highly recommend using him for your inspection needs!
