John and Cody are so helpful. My family has experienced multiple heating issues and Ridgeview has provided generous and reliable help. I can't think of a greater compliment than to share that John gave up part of his Saturday and walked me through furnace troubleshooting and I was able to fix the problem with his insight. Wonderful service. The owner and workman were professional and fixed the issue the first time. Very easy to talk to and came out within that day after calling them. Very efficient and fast. Transparent about the cost and not looking to rip you off. Owner actually answers the phone when you call (unheard of nowadays). I highly recommended.

In June/ July they worked with us to have a AC until our entire HVAC could be replaced. They were very professional, went over the use of the thermostat and how the HVAC functions. We had an error on the thermostat in October 2024. They responded immediately. We didn’t need immediate attention so they came out in a couple days. Turns out it was an electrical problem, not related to the HVAC. Highly recommend. I know I can depend on them for heating and cooling even after installation.
