Adam was very nice and so good at explaining everything to me. I had very little knowledge of houses going in, but he gave me peace of mind and taught me so much about our prospective home . His work was thorough and excellent . The summary and report provided made it easy to prioritize fixes and determine who to best contact for all fixes . I would recommend him for any home inspection and especially if it is for your first home !
