Gary came out this morning to do my semi annual maintenance (which was more than overdue because of homeowner failure to schedule).
He was prompt, courteous, and explained everything.
He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, fixed an issue, and left everything neat and clean.

A recent appointment with Cocalico Plumbing and Heating was for our semi annual maintenance check up…. John was our technician he was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. It was a pleasure having John service our equipment. I highly recommend Cocalico Plumbing and heating for your HVAC needs.

The response time was fantastic - A/C breaking down right in the middle of summer. Fun times. CP&H got someone out right away to review and the next day to fix (had to thaw overnight). So potential disaster was averted.
Guys were great to work with. Overall a great experience. Only (very minor) quibble was they didn't replace the furnace filter cover. Again not a big deal - just leave things as you find them, kinda thing.
