“I scheduled online and they rejected my appointment and never sent an email/text/any notification (yes, my notification settings were on for everything!) saying it was rejected… It would have been nice to get a notification and then maybe a call offering to reschedule me. FYI you cannot log in to the patient portal from a mobile device, so I was confused as to how you were even supposed to check the status of the appointment until I finally tried on a desktop and I could login to my account. On mobile, it just auto sends you to fill out the appointment form.
No complaints about the eye doctors, they’re both great! I just wish the scheduling process was more transparent and companies in general would go back to answering their phones instead of having to leave voicemails.

“My husband had an eye appointment on 2/22/25 and I was looking to see if I could order glasses. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. One of the staff, Stephanie, went above and beyond to keep my 8 year son busy with coloring while I looked at glasses. She also helped me decide on some glasses and was very thorough on explaining the costs and what was covered by insurance. We were there for quite awhile and she was very patient with us.
