I had a exhaust smell from my furnace in my family room. I called Tapper & Sons and got a call within 30 minutes that a tech was on the way. In 15 minutes he arrived. He found a leak in my stove pipe and repaired it in about 40 minutes. I was really impressed with the speed of the service.

My understanding was that there would be a flat rate for the service call. The added fee of $79 for the replacement of a switch seems very high. So, instead of $145, my bill was $209. The service took less than 30 minutes.
