Everyone is very nice and very helpful. The place itself is all new and exceptional. You sign in at the kiosk, if you need help, there's always someone there to help you. There's lots of seating. It's a pleasant atmosphere with comfy seats. 😁

The physical building is spotlessly clean and organized.
i have a very specific problem of nurses not being able to get it in on the first go, i typically end up getting poked in both arms and hands before it works. Nurse (?) Shane worked on me today, and he got my iv in on the first try. I just really appreciate that. There are some lovely people employed here!
