The service person identified a coolant leak in the third floor system. An estimate for the cost of repair is needed so that we can schedule the work. Payment will be made when completed if that is agreeable.

I like that the same technician is sent for our bi-annual inspections, if possible. That way they are already familiar with the quirks of our system. I always have complete confidence they will do the job and most importantly, it will be done correctly.
