Lesia always impressed me with her knowledge of the area, the inner workings of real estate and her truly honest and caring personality when discussing our options about selling our rental home and purchasing another home. She always made time for me to ask her questions or talk to her about concerns we had even when it was extremely late at night and well past office hours. I have been looking for investment property in the Danville area for about a year and Mertz & Associates have been very helpful. They are knowledgeable about the area and have told me where the flood zone lines are in town when a property was close to one. They also know the history of the town and why homes are build a certain way and how modern codes could affect necessary remodeling before I could use the property as desired. The agents have always been waiting at the property location when I arrived and promptly respond to calls and questions. I look forward to working with them in the future.
