Been doing business with Rite Temp for approximately 11 years. They are very responsive and professional. Just recently we were having issues with a duct and a young man named Brandon came to assess the situation. Not only was he responsive but even called a few days later to make sure everything was to our expectations. He even took the time out to explain how our AC/Heating works and helped with our thermostats. It’s not often that someone will follow up to make sure everything is as expected!
